Support is vital for DNN based sites and the support from PowerDNN is excellent. We transferred across the site from our previous hosting provider to PowerDNN in a matter of minutes. Before switching the servers we were able to test the new installation hosted by PowerDNN by using a DNS override programme provided by PowerDNN to ensure everything was working correctly. Needless to say everything was working correctly and we were able to make the switch to the new server without any downtime or losing any new registered users to the website.
