General Classes

.CommandButton

Text for link buttons within the admin control panel at the top of the page and within the admin pages, such as the admin menu / site settings page.

As default the [LINKS] token uses this class for styling its links.

Note: I have not come across any plain text that uses this class, I have only viewed links.

Overall text styling for the link buttons
.CommandButton
{
    font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica;
    font-size: 15px;
    font-weight: normal;
}

The font colour for the links:
A.CommandButton:link
{
    text-decoration:    underline;
    color: #003366;
}

Changes the colour if you have visited the link
A.CommandButton:visited
{
    text-decoration:    underline;
    color: #003366;
}

Changes the colour when you click the link
A.CommandButton:active
{
    text-decoration:    underline;
    color: #003366;
}

Changes the colour whenever you hover over a link
A.CommandButton:hover
{
    text-decoration:    underline;
    color: #ff0000;
}

Note: The link classes need to be defined in the following order for the hover and active states to work correctly: link, visited, hover, active. One way to remember this is the mnemonic: ‘LoVe Hate’

The default.css file currently places the link classes in this order: link, visited, active, hover so the active state does not work. You need to edit the order within the default.css file for the active state to work. (In most websites though you would specify the same settings for active and hover).
